How long does a scan take?+
Most scans complete in under 60 seconds. Complex sites with many pages may take slightly longer. Priority queue (Pro and Business plans) reduces wait time during peak load.
Do credits roll over if I don't use them?+
Yes, on Starter, Pro, and Business plans, unused monthly credits roll over indefinitely. Free tier credits are a one-time grant and don't roll over.
What happens if a scan fails?+
Failed scans — due to network errors, timeouts, or unreachable domains — are never charged. A credit is only consumed when the scan returns a complete result set.
Can I scan the same domain multiple times?+
Yes, and each scan costs one credit. Website content changes over time — businesses update their pricing, add products, or change their model — so repeat scans give you fresh data.
Can I top up credits without changing my plan?+
Yes. One-off credit bundles are available on all paid plans. Top-up credits stack on your existing balance, never expire, and carry forward alongside your regular monthly allocation.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?+
The Free tier gives you 10 scans with no credit card required — enough to evaluate KYD in your actual stack. If you need more for a longer evaluation, contact us and we'll work something out.
Do prices include VAT?+
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT will be added at checkout depending on your billing country. EU businesses can add their VAT number to zero-rate the charge.
